With M3C, care is specifically tailored to meet your needs and comfort level. Our patients can and should expect the same level of care, if not greater, than they would receive in a traditional office setting. After the initial consultation with your provider, we will tailor your frequency of visits and model of care to ensure the highest quality of service for you. 

Your care will be managed by our expert group of Nurse Practitioners under the supervision of our Medical Director, Dr. David Hancock. We are available on call after hours and will ensure that the proper standing orders are in place to meet all urgent medical needs as quickly as possible.

Once we have scheduled a visit, one of our exceptional Health Care Providers will arrive ready to treat your illness and/or conditions in the privacy and comfort of your home. Our staff members are here for you every step of the way to help manage your care. We refill your prescriptions, request medical records, order labs or imaging and handle billing with your insurance company. We are in-network with most major insurance companies, and your cost is the same as a regular office visit.
